actually, again, you're wrong here. Snorting provides a faster onset, a heavier "rush", and a shorter duration. Eating the pill (especially with the time release still perfectly intact) will provide a more mellower come up, a longer duration, and a drastically reduced rush.
I've gotten higher off of a 4 mg dilaudid by snorting it rather then eating it and lemme tell you, the amount of binder in a dilaudid compared to actual active chemcial is very large.
Now, if you're trying to snort something like a hydro or a perc you would be better off eating it because:
a.) snorting APAP is just stupid
b.) 5 mg of oxy to 300-500 mg of APAP + xx mg of binder
So, some pills are easily snorted while producing desired effects while some pills just need to be taken orally. As a rule of thumb if it's a benzo eat it, if it contains APAP eat it, anything else is possible to be snorted if you so choose.

i'm sorry but i strongly disagree with you. xanax kicks in quite a bit faster and with more of a kick when snorted. oxycontin on the other hand still takes about a half hour or so for the full effect to kick in even without the time release gel(not sure what it's made of)on it.

alprozolam works fine probably even better if sniffed.
try it, the effects are instant.

snorting oxys is like 3 times stronger than eating them it seems
ive snorted ativan to no avail, up to 6mg.
certain fillers are bad for your nose, dont do it.
