I second you man! Sure we have our mids and highs here in eastern Indiana but the prices are outrageous. Our "reg" is pretty decent at this time of year but nothing compared to some of these pics, unless you are willing to travel to some of the other college towns, for here in ball state everyone seems to be looking to bust everyones heads.

Purple doesn't make any difference to quality, to the person who asked. It's purely aesthetic, unless the purple is caused by low temps and then it'll actually make the bud less potent.

surprisingly enough it was probably the lowest quality of all of them. The purple hairs were impressive, but the rest of the bud was nothing incredible. I believe it was some Humboldt outdoor; it actually had a name but it's so terrible that I usually don't use it; 'Johnny Depp' is what it was supposedly called. Worst strain name ever.

For the most part, the THC is in the base of the globe, where it is attached to the stalk.
This explains why the smallest filters in water hash bags aren't always the best; the best filter is that which allows the greatest amount of intact gland heads, any smaller and you're just collecting pieces of trichromes.

i think i just creamed a little looking at all these beautiful pictures. being in ohio and not having the right hook ups really sucks when it comes to buds like these. only once a year do i get the pleasure of smoking some of the finest when my friend comes back from cali each year.
