I'm sick and tired of this out of stock bullshit. I have been holding off on orders for months waiting for them to have Pasteurized Horse Manure and Straw 50/50 mix and have even messaged asking if and when they were going to have any in stock. I got a message back saying soon. I think its bullshit that I couldn't be told to goto another vendor.
Then I goto a list I have made up of things I need to purchase and all the links are broke! Mycopath can update the look of there website but can't work to get shit in stock. Fuck that they just lost a customer.

i understand your frustration with the lack of products in stock, but why would you think its mycopath's responsibility to direct you to another vendor (aka his competition)?
i tried ordering from mycopath once. my order took almost a month to be processed and i received hardly any communication explaining the delay. so i'm never ordering from them again. lots of people on this board vouch for graham though, so he must be doing something right.
why don't you just order compost from high mountain?

Well, sorry about not having my product in stock, it's winter over here, and I just didn't feel like I could get it out for a few months.
I didn't want to allow people to order it when I couldn't produce it.
Its funny how, I don't allow people to order because I cant produce, people get mad. If I allow people to order and I cant send it, they will really get mad.. no win situation.
I guess I'll have to just bite the bullet and enable this product and get out there and make some, since it is warming up.

think somebody woke up on the wrong side of the stable today
he put it out of stock, he didn't commit to a date because he obviously can't predict weather. I seriously don't understand how a long time member like yourself could be this upset?

Im not saying it is. But I asked "You going to have any in stock anytime soon?" and I was told on 12/11/07 "Should, pretty soon." Pretty soon is not 2+ months in my opinion.
Im not asking to be directed to another vendor. I just want to be told the truth. If cold weather stops production then your answer should have been different, not "pretty soon" but something like "maybe in the spring if it dries up quick"

Now I know horses don't take break from crapping in the winter time.  Is it a matter of forgetful early planning or lack of willingness to collect it? I've collected hundreds of pounds of manure covered with snow and frozen like a rock, so winter doesn't really mean that much to me.
I lay the manure out in a warm area and allow it to thaw. From there I simply hydrate the manure a few times to leech out any urine and allow it to dry. It takes me a few days to accomplish this, but well worth it.
Since there is clearly a demand for your manure product, might be worth it to plan ahead or just bite the bullet and start collecting now. Where there is a will, there is a way my friend.
