i saw a bunch of gracies at the arnold
there is a naga grappling tourney
bunch of dudes speaking portuguese..didnt recognize any particular gracie

Goddamn straight! Henderson is tough as hell but Silva is now no doubt best in the world. Amazing...Silva doubters need to watch this one! I told ya, this guy keeps getting better. I'm like Joe Rogan the only person that could touch him would be BJ Penn but I like them both so much I'd hate to see them fight, wouldn't know who to root for. lol Those two are defiantly a notch above everyone else.
What I would like to see is Anderson Silva and BJ Penn train together and share their knowledge. Talk about a good fight camp! That has always been a dream of mine. What do you guys think?

Yea I was nervous as hell for Silva...Henderson was looking pretty good the first round I started getting worried. I couldn't sit still either man I think I smoked a whole pack of ciggs during this 2 round bout.
