I've been turned on to so much new music thanks to the other album threads, time to give something back.
If anyone likes these artists please buy their CD, they really need our support to keep creating.

the best ambient album i have ever heard is the solaris soundtrack by cliff martinez. it is amazing.

Tim Hecker - Haunt Me, Haunt Me, Do It Again
i uploaded his other favorite of mine, 'Harmony In Ultraviolet', into teh Indie Album thread. if anybody missed that one i highly recommend it. this one's fantastic too though.

Glad it's appreciated. 
Soularize - your Fripp link was screwy so I fixed it.
Fripp's been into the teachings of Sufi mystic G.I. Gurdjieff, it really shows in his playing.
I highly recommend P.D. Ouspensky's book about G - "In Search of the Miraculous" to those interested in the mysticism of music.
