nicely done cactu

i have only been to Mexico briefly, the yucatan area, cozumel and a couple other towns. all i remember finding were Lentinus, exactly similar looking to the ones in florida. there are at least over 24 species of Lentinus in the world

the fungi you are showing from Nicaragua are all very dry looking and not too pristine of condition, but still very interesting

Wow!!!
This looks like an awesome trip. Are you there solely to mushroom hunt? Document the different types you find, and look for crazy ones?
Wow!!
Me encantaria hacer lo mismo por un tiempo en mi vida!
Un Million suertes a ti!

yes  ggone234 , is dry season here , i did not come to pick mushrooms , but was sorprise to find that many , i found paneolus antillarum  but ,my batery die and  is my impresion i will find it again i was surprise to see how big the micobiota of mangrove is here in mexico in mangrove i found almost notinng only in the real tropical forest or sub caducifolious tropical forest,or decidous tropical forest , that why are not in pristine condition  but some don't stop to grow  since the humidity and the rise in tides, it surprise me how wel are addapt to resist saline conditions, nicaragua deserve a big study  of mushroms and many areas are pontencially  great , for new species.
gracias Rasjah nicaragua ofrece muchas posibilidades  de investigacion.

all my best vibrations,..
