Has anyone heard of this "Cube" strain? Heard some stuff bout it lately...
Does it grow in a square? SQUARES ARE AWESOME. I heard that if you look at em, you'll see prettyness, and they taste like cotton candy. COTTON CANDY IS TEH HOTNE55!!!

Will this strain grow on dirty diapers? THX GUYS U GUYS ROOLZ D00D!!!

Hiya everybody, Im just finishing up my sterilization of 10 jars that Im doing via the PF Tek For Simple Minds.

Theyre all syringes from Hawkeye BTW.

I have

2: Golden Teacher
1: B+
2: Penis Envy
1: Illusion Weaver
1: Thailand Koh Samui SS
1: Equador

Ive been really doing my homework, and as such have discovered that certain strains dont do as well in certain substrates.

Assuming you were staring at 10 jars using the PF Tek method, and it was your first grow, which would you choose?

there are very few Cubensis strains that won't do well using the pf tek, that you are going to be using.

all of the strains that you have listed will do fine.

I've done Ecuador, Golden Teacher, and B+.  Ecuador was my favorite of those 3.  They bruised blue all over unlike the GTs and B+. First flush had nice thick stems.  They were also the more potent of the 3 strains..

On one hand I agree, but when you do replicated side by side testing, there are some incredibly significant differences in growth habits and yields.
Not to confuse the subject, in additon to people's fave's, I'd like to see the top losers.
Personally, I dislike Hawaiians and Cambodians.
I also don't like the "A" strain.

Hawaiians have been up in my top 3 largest... actually at number 2
Z-strain and B+ was my least favorite.

and in some ways you are right about the Growth parameters, but its usually a Rh, Direct Misting or FAE deal, and nothing more.
They all colonize the same under the same conditions.

These are the significant differences I see.
Mycelium agressiveness
Yield
Tendency to abort
Length of primordia formation period
Attachment to the substrate (ease of harvesting)
