the mexi cubes pinned great (as many as 40 or 50 per cake) but 95 percent were aborts and other 5 percent are as small as a dime. I have some gulf coasters flushing great! getting 10 to 15 dry grams per cake per flush.

i have grown 6 or 7 different cubes and discovered differances beetween all of them. i have been eating mushrooms for 35 years and only started cultivating them in the last year. i was just trying to find out if any of you had had any experiance with keepers creepers. the cultivations of mushrooms is somewhat new to me.

I have no idea of potency as I do not consume active mushrooms... claims from my friends that DO went both ways as far as potency is concerned... some good some bad. they performed well on cakes and better on casings of wbs... Short and stalky with large caps for their size, stipes had a deep grainy almost wood look and feel to them... and I moved on....

amantia muscaria needs a tree to grow, basically the spores won't germinate without a pine tree or whatever present.
this pine tree also can't have a lot of other complimentary fungi present.
appearently you can get mycelium from a fresh muscaria specimen to grow on PDYA.
workman told me that you may have some luck using a sterile pine seedling inoculating it with mycelium.
