What's the best mushroom species spores for seed starting ? That would help the a plant grow better..

You can get rhizomic fungi blends for starting seedlings. It's really no use until it has some good roots to work with anyways.
I got some awhile back that had gell crystals mixed with a rhizomic blend that was supposed to really help plants. I can't say I really noticed a difference, but I did end up getting them all mixed up in the end, so it's hard to say.

I bought some from FP this past fall and plan to use it in the spring. I think the FP website lists what species they include. I think its benefit is greatly depending on your growing site. If your planting into a pot of soil from the garden center then it will likely help. If you are planting into a composted bed that likely has a bunch of fungal interactions already you might not see any difference.
I plan to run a bunch of tests in the spring and I will post pictures if I see any difference.

What I was going to do was.To use it on seed, then plant in Oasis sterile horticubes plugs.
