But I wonder...why is April 20th(4-20) the day celebrated for smoking bud? Adolf Hitler was born on April 20, 1889. Is that one of the reasons why that day was picked for smoking maybe? I dunno, I just know around here, the neo nazis have a hard on for 4-20.

it comes from some high school kids who use to smoke at 4:20pm. Then in the 80's Grateful dead fans made it famous. Over the years the term 4:20 has now been extended to include April 20th even though thats not how it started.

4:20 is a time of day that has a rather controversial legacy of being the time of day to get high. theories baound on the true impetus. i believe one but do not care to share which one. it is rather benign compared to mr. godwin over here, tho.
4:20 the time is easy to convert to 4/20 the day of the year.
