 Vomiting In Your Sleep

I had a dream about smoking a cigarette when I was quitting,
and it made me vomit through my nose while sleeping.
I've never smoked a cigarette since. (Over a year ago.)
Last night...again...I did the same thing,
but I cannot remember what I was dreaming about (if anything).
(I took a 0.25mg Xanax and a (1) Tylenol PM last night.)
So...your input, please.
Is there a Doctor in the HOUSE?!
I was not drinking alcohol either time,
and I was not taking anything the first time
(other than nicotine withdrawl).

I have a problem with gastric reflux, and will occasionally wake up seconds before vomiting if I've forgotten to take my Prevacid.
(I know this is an older post, but yeah, barfing in your sleep can kill you and it's possibly an easy fix).

I had my gallbladder removed, and all is well again.

WTF? Can you elaborate?
What does having your gallbladder removed have to do with puking through your nose in your sleep?
How did you associate the problem with the gallbladder?
Can you connect the dots for us here?
