I love that Innaway album. Its great. I also really like the Deadly Syndrome, but it isn't in my current rotation of listening. I will probably give the album a few spins this week.

The Islands record (same band, different name) isn't so bad either.

Boris rule. Have you heard Rainbow yet? It's an album they released with Michio Kurihara of the band Ghost.

yeah man, I actually uploaded it in this very thread about a week or so ago. I love it. I've been told that Ghost (the band Michio Kurihara comes from) is something definitely worth checking out.

Guided By Voices - Bee Thousand

definitely one of the most important albums in the history of "indie" music.

If I can push my luck here for a sec, would everyone mind adding like a one second description of the album you're uploading? I would certainly appreciate it since I don't really have the time to research each of them before I download them.

Jeez, people throw good free music at you, and you just ask for more.

I'm finally uploading some albums, even though this internet connection blows asshole. I'll get them up a little later tonight.

Oh, definitely. Here's their newest, not counting the live album they just released.

Guided by Voices - Alien Lanes lame encoded v0 (~230vbr)

this is the 1995 release following the '94 release Bee Thousand soularize has put up. "For the most part, Alien Lanes isn't radically different from Bee Thousand -- it was primarily recorded on a four-track cassette machine (and sounds like it), and Guided By Voices was still a garage band with more in the way of inspiration than chops. But the musicians have put a bit more care and focus into their performance on this set; the playing is tighter and sharper, and the band plays toward their strengths, pushing their occasional sloppiness into a harder, more rock-oriented direction."

Finally I'll contribute...

A Place to Bury Strangers - A Place to Bury Strangers

Their debut (and only) album, came out in middle 2007 (if I remember correctly.) A little... cruder, I suppose is how I would describe it, than your typical indie music (such a broad term as you all know.) Maybe I'd call it noise indie. I like it though.
