My Full Body Cleanse

Recently I decided it was time for a little upkeep. I wanted to detox my entire body and am currently 4 days into the process. I am starting with a colon cleanse. This will be accomplished by fasting and following the lemonade diet. Before eating again, I will use some bentonite clay and psyllium husks. As soon as I come off the fast I will do the liver/gallbladder cleanse. I will continue to flush every two weeks. I will also take some acidophiles and eat a lot of Greek yogurt in order to replace beneficial bacteria. I am oil pulling while doing all of this.

So now that you know the bulk of my program, any suggestions or comments? I think all of this is relatively safe, but if any of you could see where a problem might arise, then please point it out. I feel like I am forgetting something too. If you can think of anything to add, feel free to add. thanks
