Weed is the key to successful LSA experience. Mg seeds are quite pointless without weed. Weed helps for physical discomforts and boosts your trip to level which could be called tripping. Also don't take them on empty stomach. Seedmaterial is quite harsh on stomach and isn't very digestable. So having a nice meal about an hour and half before ingestion makes the experience easier on your stomach and you won't feel so bad. Also an pill of aspirin few hours into trip helps with vasoconstriction.

I never really get any anxiety, so don't worry about that (but if you are really concerned about a bad trip, have a few benzos on hand. even better would be a 50-100mg Seroquel)
As for the stomach issues, I normally take a dramamine (meclizine) 1hr before the seeds, and then have a few pepto-bismols and antacids in case I get nauseous. In reality, I have only gotten nauseous once out of the dozen or so LSA trips I've had. Have fun, and remember, they're quite powerful.
