 Does anybody else have a constant boner when they sleep?

Ever since the age of 11 I have a raging hard-on for every second that I am asleep or even dozing. I know this because any time I have woken up (fully or partially) I'm rock hard and girlfriends have told me the same thing.
Is this healthy? Is it going to fall off or something?

I get this too, whenever I wake up in the middle of the night or in the morning I'm rock-hard and often find myself humping my mattress.
I'm pretty sure I read somewhere it's normal to have boners when you sleep, even all the time. Especially if you're a young adult/late teenage male. We're the horniest people on earth.

I get that shit. I think it contributed to dick growth. Dicks are a muscle, and flexing them is like getting a boner. It only makes you bigger.

i love morning sex. i don't constantly have a hard-on while sleeping, but i do commonly have morning wood.
and there are few things better in this world than waking up and rolling over to find a sexy cute little thing in your bed. you start kissing her neck/shoulders and gently touching her thighs/hips/waist, and she's responsive, and it's like "fuck yes!", because you've already got a raging erection. then you morning fuck like bunnies before passing the fuck out for another hour or two. a few of my best mornings ever were spent in just such a manner.
unfortunately, i haven't had such an experience in years.
