Thats the thing about living in the city. So much focus is put on finding a girl to be with. I had to post this to make sure i can stay centered and stop searching for love outside of myself, how immature. Too much time has been spent on the phone juggling too many girls at once i am missing opportunities to know the divine NOW. I would rather eat my raw chocolate listen to good music and jump up and down.

Why does living in the city make you focus on finding a girl to be with? Does society look down on you for being single? Or are you just trying to do what just about everyone else is doing? All my single friends are constantly searching for a partner and all my friends that are in relationships will instantly begin the search again at the moment of a break-up.
And those are just guys I'm talking about. Females (in general) are so much worse. Why can't they live without a boyfriend. Its such a turnoff for me when it becomes clear how dependent a girl is on having a boyfriend. I've seen a good few occasions where a girl's neediness scares away the guy she's after and then she sobs and cries "This always happens to me. Nothing ever works out for me". Its a shame and they are totally blind to it.
There are other things to enjoy in life. I think people should spend less time chasing love and more time being creative, developing their talents, learning new skills, pondering spirituality and philosophy. We've all got these big ol' brains, lets see what they can do.

I have been single my entire life. A life of solidarity, for me, is a life of clarity. No one to upset the equilibrium. It is quite lonely though. Time goes on.
