 What would one do if they came across a million hits of acid?

Just how exactly would they get rid of these hits of acid?
Say a chemist decided to start a side business and managed to produce a few grams of pure LSD.
How exactly would they dispose of it properly, while making a large, large profit at a low low risk?

Acid has to be chosen. Giving it to the general population via water supply would be a waste in my opinion and would lead to a mass hysteria rather than mass enlightenment.
If I had a million hits of acid, I would sell enough to cover my costs (for this and subsequent batches) then send everyone at the shroomery a free hit or two. 
I would give the rest away to anyone that wanted some.

Hm, i suppose i would sent each of the moderators and admins a sheet for free, anonomously somehow.
Id go to some festivals and give some sheets away for free to cool people that id never see again.
Then i would sit on the rest of it for a long time. Not telling anyone.
Id give it all away for free tho. Thats what i always did when i used to get sheets for 80-100.

Yes, putting acid in the water supply is completely retarded for a number of reasons.
1- If it DID actually do anything (which it wouldn't) then you would have chaos, thousands upon thousands of bad trips, and you would personally be responsible for setting the image of both acid, and drug users, back by decades. Everyone would be talking about how irresponsible druggies are, and how LSD ruined their life.
2- IT WOULD NOT WORK. LSD is destroyed by the chlorine which is found in tap water. You would literally be wasting it. The government did, however, allegedly develop a form of LSD that is unaffected by chlorine, for just the purpose of being able to contaminate a water supply, should they ever want to.
