shrooms and cow shit

Are there other types of shrooms besides psylocybin that grow in cow/horse shit? I know almost nothing about shrooms, so this may or may not be obvious to some more experienced shroom hunters.

Many other species grow in cow shit, most of which will hurt you.

ya, shrooms can grow in a ton of environments, dirt, mulch, wood chips, decaying wood, ect

Most psychoative species hunted don't grow directly on cow shit. Look around this site's archives a bit.

There are lots of species that grow on cow/horse dung.

The species that is most often sold and cultivated is psilocybe cubensis, psilocybin is just one of the active chemicals in them. It grows on horse/cow dung.

You'll find plenty of other species on dung though.
