College Student Arrested
October 29 2007 - wkrg.com
 A Spring Hill college student was arrested and a dorm evacuated Monday afternoon. Police say the student had drug paraphernalia and was growing mushrooms in his room.
Spring Hill administrators say they got a tip from a student that drug activity was happening in Anthony Soscia's room.
O'Leary Hall was evacuated and a Hazardous Materials Unit was called in because originally, they thought there may have been a meth lab in the room. No meth lab was found. Police say Soscia was trying to grow the mushrooms. The mushrooms are being tested to see if other charges should be filed.

yep whiskey your surely right! my girl knows, she even lets me prepare the jars in the apt we live, and even incubated until i move them to the grow location.. BUT i just got her to do this. one time i told her that i didnt wash my hands after toucing some cakes, and she got a wart on her hand like 2 weeks later. she was SOOOO convinced it was from me!!! LOL but on my current grow, she actually grabbed a couple cakes and helped me move them from the sink to the room.. its baby steps..but im eventually going to get her to innoc. her own jar!!!

Unfortuately this looks like it will be one of those situations where the kid is made the martyr to give a lesson to all those other would be shroom growers, should he be found guilty of trying to grow illegal mushrooms.

Kinda scared me as well since it's in Alabama. Poor guy, probably some prick that ratted him out...although he should have known better than to grow in a place as public as a dorm anyway.
Hope they don't screw his life up too, but they probably will.
