 smokers acne

i read this, i dont really smoke cigs, but i smoke a lot of weed, and i kinda got this, like i dont really get acne that pops up and is super noticable, but i have a ton of big blackheads under my skin in my cheeks, you culdnt notice, but theyre there, so i decided to take it easy on the smoking to get them out, has anyone else got this condition?

i sometimes seem to get worse acne after smoking, but I'm not sure if that really the cause, I have had a few other people I know say the same thing

My acne seems to have lessened since smoking

I don't see how weed would give you acne.
I can see how cigarettes could, considering it's poison which can attack your bodies system. And also being around smoke the smoke settles on your face and body and dirt gets in your pores. Smoke does that for sure. The article said that the reasearchers in Italy found evidence that "suggest smoking cigarettes causes acne breakouts, specifically non-inflamed blackheads and blocked pores".
This would fit real well with having smoke settle on your face. Personally cutting meat and dairy out of my diet worked wonders, and I think a lot of people would agree.
One of the best things you can do to stop acne is eat healthy. Some people think the food you eat doesn't affect acne, but they're just plain wrong. And don't forget to wash your hands and face. Wash your hands often.
I would try other ideas before you cut smoking, unless you think you're smoking a lot.
Oh yeah, and keep your house clean.
