super EASY THAI food [3 mins FLAT]
    #7536784 - 10/19/07 05:58 PM (4 years, 7 months ago)

ok, well it's not exactly thai. but it's close. i was fucking around in a stoned food-seeking fit... :bongload:

in a small saucepan over med heat, melt 1 tbsp of butter.
add a couple of spoons of peanut butter (i used chunky, but plain would kick ass too)
slowly melt the peanut butter down.
add a little bit of milk to thin it out a little bit.
add curry seasoning to taste.

the mixture may darken a bit, that would be both the curry and the caramelizing of the peanut butter.

you can add other stuff too, i just did this really quick.
garlic powder (was gunna add this, but i forgot!)
onions
peppers
cilantro
etc.

to test it out, i put it over some microwaved noodles, and it was fuckin bomb! total cook time was about 5 mins.

going to try this with chicken and other meats and see if it has the same effect.

hope you enjoy this one!

yes its spelled satay, but to be more exact, its Sate Ponorogo. Tahini is ground sesame seeds used in cooking.

I've always had tahini as a sauce/dressing type thing at middle eastern restaurants...
