I truly feel in my heart of hearts that Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon is the greatest album of all time. Its perfect, the whole CD flows so well its amazing. There is not one song on that album that doesn't do it for me.

I like Echoes a lot but Dark Side of the Moon is probably the best. I couldn't pick the greatest album of all artists though. If you're simply going to be talking about the best music I think the famous classical era musicians wrote the best pieces of music.

I agree that DSOTM is the greatest album.....
but you know that feeling you got, when someone first showed it to you.... made you sit down, smoke a joint (or whatever) and you listened to it? how your world was shattered and it blew your mind with things you have never thought of and filled you with intense emotion and deep thought?
well, I felt like that X 10 when i was first shown Disco Volenta by Mr. bungle.
Aside from the first song on the album, the entire is a masterpeice and would probably be in my top 5 greatest albums ever.
