140g fresh weight from 5th flush of a 2 lb. mycobag. these were taken out of the bags and fruited in a FC of my own design.(you can see my setup in my pics section) not sure if this what you would call a mutant but down by the lighter are three weird lookin shrooms. i know i left them go a little long but i am looking for weight here not so much for potency.

total harvest for all 5 flushes was prolly around 2.5 oz. dry weight, that includes this flush...so about half oz. per flush. all i did was to buy mycobags and when 100% colonized i took them out of the bag and fruited in my own FC. i am now trying the crumble and case method with the cakes that i get out of these bags. for 7 bucks for a 2 lb. bag i dont know how you can go wrong. i have never messed with a pc or jars or any of that shit.

when you say you removed it from the bag and fruiting in your FC, did you case it or just throw it right in there?

bout 1-2 weeks between flushes, and yes, all i did was throw it right in the FC. i was trying to keep this as easy as possible1 and it turned out pretty good. i've got 10 more bags on the way! hope all goes as well as it did with this batch!

So you didn't case the bags, how about dunking them between flushes?
That's pretty productive for such low maintenance.

nope, no casing for that cake. although i have recently started crumbling the bags and making trays with a casing layer on top. we'll see how that goes...and yes, i did dunk for 24 hrs in the fridge between each flush. one time i didnt dunk and the flush that came from that was pretty crappy. so remember kids, always dunk your cakes between each flush! thanks to all for the compliments!

Bags need to be continuously purchased, jars do not. My foaf recommends using as little continuous supply as possible.
For example, all you really ever need to buy, once you are set-up, is rye berries and jiffy-mix.

I buy my 2lb grain bags for 7 bucks a pop as well.....maybe we go through the same source? Mines not a vendor from here eiter...its some chick who makes them at home and sells them on a major site and they work excellent. I have gone through about 6 or 7 of these bags and they work great every time and give me the biggest flushes per weight of sub of all the spawn bags i've tried so far.
The chick I buy mine from said thats why there's so much popcorn in her bags, for more fluff and faster colonization...she wasn't kidding...the bags are completely colonized in under 2 weeks at room temp (about 73 deg).
