Want to make sure I'm understanding this correctly.
Original content that's shroomy on the forums has copyright by the author but is released under the Creative Commons license?
The information that's shroomy on the main page is copyrighted by Mind Media and released under the Creative Commons license?

That's basically correct, except even on the main site the authors retain the copyright to their submissions. Also note that the Creative Commons only applies to original material; work which originated offline or on another site may have its own license attached. As far as ignoring you, what are you talking about?

Does the Mind Media office actually exist?
Do you have any tips from separating your real name from a website like the Shroomery when you are the administrator?
And is there any way I can help with the growery, to help get it online?

Ooh okay, yeah I forgot it was you who PM'd me sorry  . I need my private key which is saved on my desktop computer and that's currently in the trunk of my car. I've been meaning to set it up 'tomorrow' for a couple weeks now, you know how that goes heh.
We don't have an actual office, just a mailbox at Mailboxes Etc. (er excuse me, "The UPS Store"). If you want to keep your name secret most registrars offer private registration as an optional extra (or sometimes for free). You can also incorporate and put any assets like the domain under your company name. But the contact info isn't generally verified when you register a domain so you could always just falsify it. The only problem is that could make it impossible to prove ownership and recover your account if you lose access for some reason.
As for the Growery, I could sure use some help but most of what's left is complicated and a pain in the ass. How well do you know PHP, mySQL and especially AJAX and do you have any examples of your work?
