Wine making

I'd like to start making a few gallons of wine before I start school in October the program is 11 months long so I thought it would be awesome to make some wine because it should be nice and fermented when I graduate from school.

I have very limited cash to buy supplies ,but I was hoping a few of you could share some wine recipes with me ,and good advice on how to get started relatively cheap.

Daussaulit, congratulations with passing the 1.000 beer mark.

Cliche to ask, but which is the best and which the worst?

Jive Turkey, making wine is about the hardest brewing there is. Its easy to end up with an off-tasting wine or contaminations.

Thanks, unfortunately there are 80 styles in 23 categories of beer defined by the BJCP, and more styles that are yet to be categorized. Too many options to just pick one.

i tried making some crappy sugar wine from welch's grape juice and brewers yeast. it didn't taste very good. it did get the job done, so to speak.
