Ethnobotanical Gardens

I believe Entheogenic Botanics need to be preserved for the next generation...My dream would be to create a huge Ethnobotanical garden in ether Florida, Hawaii or another tropical area.
I believe getting the scientific community of therapists, mycologists, psychologists, ethnobotanist, etc. to back the project would be our best chance of having ALL natural entheogens completely legalized and recognized as a "right" of humans.
If only nature botanicals were used at the gardens, I believe we would have the best chance of gaining political moral ground ( in the eyes of those who would wish to ban entheogens). By creating no chemicals or synthetics and sticking only to the natural world of entheogens we could ask that nature be claimed legitimate. That the direct manifestation of God (Tao) being considered holy, as the should be.
I believe the following entheogens would be essential-
Banisteriopsis Caapi Passiflora incarnata Diplopterys cabrerana Psychotria viridis Camellia sinensis Aspalathus linearis Ilex Paraguariensis Sceletium tortuosum Mitragyna speciosa Nicotiana species Trichocereus Cacti Ayahuasca= Banisteriopsis caapi, Psychotria viridis, Diplopterys cabrerana and Passiflora incarnata Psilocybin Mushrooms Amanita Muscaria Trichoceros species Peyote Argyreia Nervosa or Turbina corymbosa Silene capensis Tabernanthe iboga Oncidium ceboletta or Oncidium longifolium - Hikuri Orchid Trichocereus spp. “Tom Juul’s Gaint” (Pure Bred) Trichocereus spp. monstrose Trichocereus spp. monstrose var. clustering Brugmansia arborea and sanguinea Nymphaea caerulea - Blue Lotus Lycoperdon mixtecorum/marginatum - Puffballs Pandanus "Screw Pine" (Find the Active one!) Lepiota peele "Peele's Lepiota" Mushroom Methysticodendron amesianum- aberrant tree datura Echinocereus triglochidiatus and E. salm-dyckianusTurbina corymbosa - Tabernatnthe Iboga - Iboga ~Epithelantha micromeris - Hikuli Mulato, Coryphantha compacta, Mammillaria senilis, Ariocarpus Fissuratus, Ariocarpus retusus scheidw and “other false peyotes” ~Heimia salicifolia - Sinicuichi ~Leonotis leonurus - Lion's Tail ~Brugmansia spp.- ~Tagetes lucida ~Calea zacatechichi ~Tanaecium nocturnum- aphrodisiac ~Canavalia Maritima, Sida acuta, Zornia latifolia and Cestrum laevigatum- marijuana subsitutes ~Coleus Blumei and Coleus Pumilus- Salvia subsitute ~Prickly Poppy -Argemone mexicana or other poppies. ~Cymbopogon deniflorus- causes dreams which foretell the future. ~Lophophora williamsii - Peyote ~Maquira sclerophylia - Rapa dos Indios ~Pelecyphora aselliformis - Peyotillo (Medicinal Cactus) ~Helichrysum foetidum- Zulu Trance Smoke ~Bioluminescent mushrooms Panellus sypticus ~Kaempferia galanga- New Guinean Mental Dream Psychoactive ~Scirpus atrovirens - very powerful Mexican herb said to cure insanity ~Petunia violacea- Shanin ~Polygala sibirica and Polygala tenuifolia "Taoist Memory enhancer" ~Tetrapteris methystica- Caapi-pinima- No additive Ayahuasca caapi
And, many, many, more....
What do you guys think? Can WE make this happen?

maybe if you contacted a botanical garden with an open lot you could work something out, but there would be a lot of people trying to take cuttings and stuff...

yeah, that would be awesome, they already have a lot of places like that online, but you want to start something at a place for people in the area to get into and buy things, right? that would be cool. I live in Miami, so I'd say florida would be the best place to do that.
Anyway, do me a favor, answer a question for me. Since your an expert, can you get a plant, high? Like, is there something you can feed a plant that greatly alters it's growth, or makes it grow really fast, or makes it super strong, or makes it flower all the sudden? Like, how do you get a plant, high? what's the best way to change a plants genetics? Anyway, tell me that.
also, please answer my marijuana question below. peace

I'm no "expert"...
When you say- "can i get a plant high"
What the hell are you talking about?
Do you want to get the plant stoned?
Or are you trying to alter its growth?
Genetics science would be the best way to do that...I guess, I really don't know...you could always use fertilizer or growth hormones (?) to make it flower and stuff, like i said, i really don't know...
you- said-"yeah, that would be awesome, they already have a lot of places like that online, but you want to start something at a place for people in the area to get into and buy things, right? that would be cool. I live in Miami, so I'd say Florida would be the best place to do that."
I would really like this place to be kinda like a library of knowledge and a commune- where you could come, View the plants (like a museum), talk about them, find out about the cultures behind them and if the staff finds you to qualified and you offer donations or labor to the faculty you could stay awhile, use the plants, learn more, and maybe take one home with you as to spread ethnobotanical plants and entheogenic knowledge.
It would also offer a political platform for the entheogenic partnership-style society. (Read some Mckenna if you don't know what I'm talking about)
I think we should create this place on Hawaii, cause islands kick ass as political platforms and partnership utopias...

hey, you live in Miami? that cool man, we should get together sometime, I like your idea. I know where to get some bomb acid(hopefully the same guy has it), for $10. Also, I've got some peruvian torch if you want like, 6-8 " or so(I don't have too much.)
please answer my marijuana question, also read this, tell me what you think:
http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=7242310&page=0&vc=1&PHPSESSID=#Post7242310
also, there's links to some other older posts that I made that started this idea. I don't know, hormones, molecular compounds, enzymes changing or enhancing already psychedelic plants? let me know peace

I think its a great idea and something that the realy needs to be done.
I live in the sunshine state as well and would love to see a nice garden you could visit to view all manner of entheogens. Presently, im just working on my own little collection. Everyone else should do the same. Preserve what you can.

I agree, but we need to come together at one point and claim what we do to be a right.

I just cannot understand how somebody makes a PLANT (cactus or fungus) illegal...Crazy synthetic 100Mg's will kill you type drugs, yes. But the plant (cacti and fungi) drugs are different, none of the sensible ones can hurt you...
Don't try to make the argument "datura is a plant"
If your an idiot who can't distinguish poisonous plants from entheogenic ones and walk around smoking datura and popping belladonna seeds, then fuck you.
Eat a shroom.

Ive often said the same thing. How the hell can you make a naturally ocurring thing such as a plant, that was put here for a reason, illegal? The most interesting part is how our minds have receptors for these substances. If were not supposed to to use these things then why do our brains have these receptors who's only purpose is to recieve these compounds. even if you never use a drug, the receptors are there, waiting!

I wonder when the big show down will be... San Pedro, Salvia and Ayahuasca will be unlegalized at one point if something is not done to stop it!

>Crazy synthetic 100Mg's will kill you type drugs, yes (should be illegal). I know that comment pissed off alot of members here.
>If your an idiot who can't distinguish poisonous plants from entheogenic ones and walk around smoking datura and popping belladonna seeds, then fuck you. Shamans use many deadly nightshades in their ceremonies and studies, im sure they'd appreciate your comment.
>ALL natural ethenogens completely legalized and recognized as a "right" of humans. And why must they be natural, and why must they be legalized.. The law hasn't done much good yet. im happy the way things are, keeps fools from dabbling with the food of the gods. If everything were Legal it would be government controlled, don't sound so great all of a sudden eh. Also San Pedro and Ayahuasca are illegal when prepared. and If a cop found salvia on you in a vial or 8ball baggie hes gonna take it.
Ranting on the internet aint gonna help your dreams, hell even if you became president it wouldnt happen. If you realy want to share the love and the gift these plants give then just do what people have been doing for many many years now. Join the online communities , mabey get an ethenogenic review subscription and start tradeing and sharing.
The gears are turning and LEO dont seem to mind our mild manored way of life.

its a nice idea which im sure we all have entertained at some time or another... but unfortunately no amount of crying is gonna make the US government budge an inch on the legality of all the plants they have outlawed... nor any other government for that matter...
keep on dreaming man...
