Does anyone else like to get drunk while you're tripping? Some of my friends recently introduced me to it and it's quite fun. I'd recommend it...

I can enjoy wine while tripping quite a lot but not liquor or beer at all..

For me mushrooms only go well with weed, although a cold beer of choice on the comeup is sometimes nice.
LSD on the other hand...I love a nice beer, during anytime. Sometimes up to 3!! 3 beers for me is really good. I really only drink for the taste anyway.

The combination of lsd + alcohol is definitely different, I think. But the same could be said for lsd + anything. It's kinda weird, getting drunk while tripping. It's not as prominent, I guess (the drunk that is), but helps take the edge off that can sometimes be present with just tripping.
I dunno, try it sometime, it's different. Adds to the party, I guess. Now, I wouldnt go getting faced while tripping because puking is bad enough itself (at least imo)

Dude, I wish I could get shit faced! Beer and Liqour really hurt my stomach, so it has turned into a flavour issue for me, which is good...I wih I could huff ether like in fear and loathing to get drunk with out anything going into me~!

Have you ever had woodchuck beer? It's basically apple cider with liqueur on it, pretty tasty, but after a 6 pack or so gets kind of old.
That sucks it hurts your stomach, do you have ulcers or something?
I think ether is a little different from getting drunk.

Yeah, probably ulcers.
Apple cider beer is pretty good...I like a thick Belgian Ale with Cherry Lambic myself.
For some reason I think Mescaline would go well with alcohol, but that is just pure speculation. Catnip goes well with LSD though!

i agree with the lsd+few beers sentiment--thats usually a lot of fun. I usually end up sharing my beers with strangers when i'm tripping, meeting weird people is always fun in that state.
mush+alc - never really done it. Mushrooms are so much more serious in a certain physical way. I tend to do those in a more isolated setting, so I'm not really in the mood to drink.
They're such different drugs.

I agree with everything you just said.
Mushrooms are too emotionally intense, I guess you could say, to drink really. I havnt eaten mushrooms in more than a year, but even now, I dont have any interest in drinking while tripping on mush. I guess I think of LSD more as the party-go-do-stuff thing (although not always), and mushrooms as not a 'partying' type of drug in the same sense, at least not in the same category.
I dont know if that made really any sense at all...
As far as mescaline, I've never tried it so thus cant comment on it's fusion with alcohol. Hopefully within the next few years I can try it though. It certainly has my interest.

there was the time that my two roommates and i were stuck inside during a hellish snowstorm w/ 3/4s of a 16gal keg, a bunch of paper, and a whole lotta blow..
i can't say that day/night was not enjoyable... I had a blast.
but, for the most part, I never drink when tripping.. maybe a beer or drink or two through the night if i'm out somewhere...

Mescaline and hard liquor make a decent combo. I let the alcohol fade away though once I'm up and enjoying myself. It works out pretty well cause usually do a grain alcohol extraction of San Pedro.

its OK, i just recently tried it. id rather not take anything besides the psychedelic. but if i get sick on sh rooms a GINGER beer helps  .

meh..i could not imagine mixing the two myself...i have never been a fan of drinking though...i rarely do it...maybe 1 or 2 times a month, but i have gone over a month plenty of times
i think it would be the WORST combo ever...one kills your ego, while one enhances the shit out of it..
don't get me wrong though i have nothing against people doing it...in fact i don't doubt that those who do it have a pretty great time...i just wouldn't want to do it myself
however, i once took a few gulps of some early times while i was on LSD...haha worst decision ever!...it didn't have any intoxicating effect at all, but it left the worst taste in my mouth, and thinking about it while on acid REALLY made it unbearable..
who knows tho, maybe i will try drinkin a few beers while on mushrooms sometime...i believe, "you can't knock it until you've tried it"

Yeah, I'm not too into drinking myself. At most I may get drunk (but not too drunk) twice a month. But that's definitely a high estimate. Drinking isnt really my thing.
If you do drink while you're on acid, make sure it's something you like the taste of. Good beer, or or wine, or whatever. Something you can enjoy drinking.
I didtn have the intention of getting drunk, it just kinda happened because I kept drinking, lol. Which, I guess, is what usually happens.

my best friend/roommate tripped mushrooms once and simultaneously got pretty hammered. throw in a bowl or two as well. that was one of the stupidest fucking nights of his life. at like 3 am in the dead of winter he jogged home from my house to his own - about 3 miles away. For a while before he took off he was just getting really strange. stark raving mad. ranting about this and that. raising his voice, constantly pacing the floor, really starting to wig out.
then i was chilling in my room with my girl for a minute or two when his girlfriend came in and said he ran off and she couldn't stop him. the fucker didn't even have a jacket. i immediately ran outside to see if i could see him, but i couldn't, so i jumped into my car and started driving towards his house somewhat slowly. i drove down and back 2 or 3 times and never saw him. finally after i went back to my own house and told the girls i couldn't find him, all three of us got in the car and set out one more time.
we found him sitting in some random yard about 3 or 4 blocks from his place. bleeding from several cuts with ripped/dirtied clothes. we couldn't persuade him to get into the car, so i walked the rest of the way back with him.
when he woke up the next day he found out he'd broken up with his girlfriend. he also distinctly remembered diving into ditches and bushes and the like when cars came, so that's why i wasn't able to find him. he also remembered a cop passing at least once. the fucker was lucky as hell he wasn't picked up in that state of being. he was only 17 too, he'd've been fucked.
so because of that, i do not think i'll ever be getting drunk while tripping mushies.

i prefer to stick with just weed. something about losing my inhibitions while totally trippin' out on shrooms makes me wonder if i'd do anything stupid.

his first time tripping? or his first time tripping + drinking? yes to the latter, no to the former. it was probably his 4th time tripping. Each and every time was off B+ cubies provided by your's truly, so it wasn't like he just reacted badly to the strain or something. And in fact, the environment was exactly the same as the 3 previous trips as well - always at my old house. it was even the same people, minus one or two.
So i think environment had as little effect as possible, since it was the exact same environment as his 3 previous trips, which leads me to believe that his fucked up behavior was unquestionably a result of his getting drunk while tripping.
