well looks like the thread is winding down.
in my opinion of this thread, i think to many people are posting on the shroomery and not eating enough shrooms.

I think the Karma game on the shroomery is the lamest part of this website. It is fucking childish drama shit. I don't mind the trade ratings for obvious reasons.
At least people should have an option to participate in the karma game. If someone doesn't wanna participate more power to them. If someone wants to give that person kudos they can send him/her a nice PM

I don't want you to shut up. I just can't stand threads like this that get people at each other's throat for no good reason.
I don't even care about my ratings. If someone wants to give me a bad one, it doesn't bother me. They're just some person clicking a button on the internet.

what gets me is i made 2 main post that were just me speaking about how i feel and i get so many bad ratings saying that i complain and shit. in the long run it just shows me who i can really call a friend online. and i have met some great friends here.
and i guess that goes back to what some one posted earlyer about treating the internet like the real world and trying to find a place that is not like the fucked world that we all live in.

hey man, ratings are like scars. When I need a good laugh, sometimes I scroll through the worst ones I have gotten.
what is really great is when you pissed someone off enough for them to rant in your ratings about you, but then later on, piss them off royally and they find that their prior rant about you insufficiently expressed your rage and fury.... so they edit it, and really personalize it to drive the point home.

I thoroughly enjoy the Shroomery but I also believe that nothing is perfect. Everybody has their likes and dislikes regarding everything in this world, Shroomery included, thats life. Some things you enjoy about the Shroomery somebody else may dislike and vice versa. If the bad outweighs the good for you then it's time to pack up.
