Now...
my cakes look like this,
 and very smart people are telling me that they are not cubensis amazon and that I need to just wait it out.
(Thanks Guys) but, so,
I bought the syringe from Spores101.com. thus Heres my problem.
How do I get a "Replacement syringe?" if they are not,
also, will that "Necessarily" mean that I have NO AMAZON spores
what so ever, or that this/these cakes went bad, and I could still have "Viable" spores. (to examine of course)
see thats my problem. I don't know Bleep, about mycology, nor do I even own a microscope. so, how can I then "KNOW" that these were not the right spores? (b/c its not like I fruited em or anything) The quesion might be an advanced Myc topic actually, but what are some "Characteristics of the amazon spore" that are Clearly identifiable under a microscope?
also, he lucked out tho. B/c he thought these cakes in the fc were the ones that he had pictured here.
But they are not!
They're the ones he more than likely birthed to early b/c he's so dangimpatient!

to spawn some hay, he found it in the yard, and "Sterilized it"

and put some crumbled cake in it,

one thing I have failed to mention (B/C until now I didnt see a
connection) but this place on the cake is a place where I dropped a
metal rack (wire mesh) onto it and it made little grooves in the spot where it hit, Now that spot is the "Most Productive" in Myc growth. COuld this just be the Myc? reaching out like roots?
of you think it got "Infected" when the thing hit it. and now the whole cake is fuct?. Wow! what a great thread! (so far) lol.

Growing P. Cubensis mushrooms in america is illegal so what people were suggesting is NOT to look at them under a microscope rather, when you contact www.spores101.com tell them when you looking at them they were in fact not cubensis rather they were some other species. You CANNOT email a spore vender talking about growing because thats how fbi or authorities can catch someone for saling them for growing. Thats why spores101 only sales them for microscope use only! Do you understand?

Your pictures are kind of grainy i dont think you have the hang of taking quality pictures with it yet... Try turning the flash on and playing around with the settings so we can see better. And be sure to save the jpg's the highest quality you can then shrink them down.

these are DEFINATELY CUBES!.
So I wanna know if I should cut that peice off?
Remember. I only want ONE! and I see one! so, I'm willing to sac 1/2 this cake to save those ones by the rock.

dude. just leave whatever it is. its not mold, and i doubt it will hurt your shrooms. we all want to see what it turns out to be.
btw, what strain cubensis is that? those look awfully small and skinny.
