In Portugal possesion of any drug without intent to distribute is decriminalized.

Italy's laws are only on cannabis and cocaine though I think, and you must posses very small amounts, the kind of amount you end up with after a day blazing hehe.
Although it's very easy to find drugs in Italy, just ask around a bit and you'll get hold of anything in no time at all.
In Spain it's even easier almost no need to ask lol.

I'm going to a Burning Man-esque festival in Portugal next year. I knew they were very liberal toward drug use but not to the point of legalization. Cool!
Also, forget the idea of a watercraft of any sort. Try an oil drilling platform. Some guy has already bought one off in the North Atlantic and declared it a principality. It's called Sealand.
Oil drilling platforms are hotbeds for illegal activity.

So, if "international waters" is only 60 miles off shore - why can't someone just post up 60mi outside of San Francisco and make all the love we need? Anytime anyone needs to score, just rent a boat and head out 60mi to pick up a couple of sheets. And then it's just a cat and mouse game with the cops to get it home. 
What's up? I hope some rich chemist reads this and goes for it. Post here when you do, please...

There´s a Dutch boat that does abortions on international waters, picks people up from countries where its illegal and they do it out in international waters

I dont think it matters anymore. At least not where i live. I live in Georgia, USA and the whole idea of LSD has been so brainwashed out of our society that people dont really know what it is. Its so small and its odorless and colorless. So small that even if a cop patted you down you could easily get away with like a 10 strip and he wouldnt find it. The effects of it are obvious but they wouldnt show up in a standard drug test. Only a really hardcore test that like the FBI does when it hires new employees can pick up LSD in your system. It is legal, but really its so conceal-able that it doesnt matter at all. The trick isnt getting around the law, its about getting around the brainwashing.
