 LSD - legal ANYWHERE in the world?

There has got to at least be some out of touch countries that have no laws. In that case, of course it's legal, right? But is it there?
Anyone know of a country, where if you visit it - you could get LSD legally and trip your ass off with no problem?

wouldn't know, I think places where it's legal it usually hasn't been found there, or the countrys screwed up, like no law. Just being honest, it's sad but it's true. I mean they spend money to arrest people with lsd, when they could be spending money for criminal reform in prison or something, even if people are hopelessly lost in a life of crime, the government could still try. But the government doesn't care about that shit, they care mostly about a healthy ecomony, whether it benefits the citizens or not. You could have a city with screwed up convicts working in every factory, and that's not as big of a deal as having citizen reform, with less outcome growth or whatever, some crap like that. Anyway, good luck, maybe you could move onto an indian reservation or some crap, you could probably get away with a lot of psychedelic use there. Peace

Nope, don't think so. You see international laws make LSD legal, and whilst countries can go against said laws, if they are part of the UN they generally won't. There are a few countries that are not part of the UN and thus not subject to this, eg. The Vatican and North Korea...
At least that is my impression of it, i may not be totally correct about the above but i think that is the gist of it.
HOWEVER just because something is illegal does not mean it is criminal, for example cannabis is as illegal in the Netherlands as anywhere else but it is decriminalised, that is under specific conditions there is no criminal penalty attached to it so its rather irrelevant that its illegal. I'm not sure if this applied to LSD anywhere.
Another however is simply whether anyone will care, for example in Jamaica one can actually be jailed for life for possession of cannabis, however unless the law has something to prove, or the local enforcement wants money from bribes the chances are no one will care. (they certainly won't if your a local and not just a tourist). I know that in the case of cannabis this is a very common scenario in many areas of the world.

Why would you want to visits a third world country just to take acid? It is a marvelous compound but that makes no sense to spend thousands on a vacation for a drug. That being said there is something called "Mind States" in which the Shulgins and creators of erowid.org go to vacation and maybe ingest hallucinogens. This year it in Costa Rica(no extradition) check it out www.mindstates.org.

Don't they sell shrooms in the Netherlands, like at head shops and stuff? Why would the be more strict with LSD?

They sell shrooms, weed and hash in "decriminalized" stores in the Netherlands. Basically, it´s illegal but the punishment is nothing, they don´t even arrest you or take it from you or anything.
LSD is illegal and punishable. I suspect the punishment will be a mere slap on the wrist though. I know that having a small amount of XTC or cocaine on you there, meaning, too little to be a dealer, is comparable as a crime to say, parking in the wrong spot, or speeding- They don´t really take it too serious. Not only are the punishments mild, there´s also very little search for it.
People there are lucky when it comes to this. Other countries could see it as a successful experiment. But most are not concerned about the effects of their legislation, they need ideas that sell elections. And most people, sadly, are against the right to use drugs.

When i was in Costa Rica (have familia there), Weed was illegal but it was everywhere. You could walk down a public street and smoke it. I'm sure if i was there and looked for connections like i do here i could find it.

Unfortunately, the world is running out of unclaimed islands rather quickly, given that there are only a certain amount of islands, but no end to the amount of rich people who dream of owning their own island.

From there, recruit people and start a new LSD civilization.. Live organic, food and chemical.
