I brought some of my clothing over to a thrift store to see if I could sell some of my clothes back to the store and make some money, as I am broke as a joke, now that I don't have a job ...
There was a bit of a wait in line, maybe 45 minutes or an hour ... the whole time I was waiting in line, I was eyeing this one brunette with absolutely stunning blue/green eyes who works there ... she has EVERYTHING I look for in a girl visually. brunette, exotic eyes, very cute, wonderful tits (hey can you blame me for looking?), slightly shorter than me, she even has a lip ring ... just incredible. I've dreamed about finding a girl who looks EXACTLY LIKE HER for months now ... hopelessly finding that my standards are too high for most women, and the ones who have fit my description all have had boyfriends or were uninterested.
I gathered up my balls for the full hour I waited, and when the manager started helping me with my stuff, I asked her casually if the girl I was eyeing had a boyfriend. turns out she didn't! and the manager also recommended I ask her out.
so I did. not only was the girl extremely friendly, she was even more gorgeous up close. and after telling her that I'd love to take her out sometime, I got her number and a short friendly conversation.
... and to seal the deal, she signed my check for $100 from the clothes I sold. today was one incredible goddamn day. if she turns out to be half as cool as she is beautiful, I will be the luckiest guy alive. no joke, this girl is the most gorgeous girl I've EVER seen.

so yeah, there's really no point to this thread, I'm just so stupefied that the situation turned out so well that I needed a place to release, and kind of maybe brag a little bit. just a little ...

Now use the 100 dollars you got to take her somewhere nice, so she doesn't think you are completely broke.
Good work though. I am so sick of reading posts from people complaining that they blew an opportunity or asking how to get close to a girl they really like. Good to see someone taking the bull by the horns.

thanks a lot man. there were actually a few other girls waiting in line who were cute and were interested in me, but I decided that if that one girl is who I really want, THAT is the girl I'm going to approach, whether she seems interested in me or not.
I'm happy to see the universe wanted to see me be victorious this time, as I'm thoroughly tired of being rejected every time I go out on a limb and drop a line. rejection hurts the balls, like a swift kick from steel-toed boots.
