none of those are safe to eat. the first ones look like the nasty ol green gills or morgans lepiota. dont eat them, unless you enjoy shitting and puking like there's no tomorrow.

Excellent descriptions, I was pretty sure of the ID before I saw your pictures, and your pictures confirm the ID as Green Gills as ShroomDoom said. Chlorophyllum molybdites, green gills, is the most common cause of emergency room visits for mushroom poisoning in the US. People mistake these for edible Lepiotas like the Parasol mushroom, Psilocbye cubensis (though this would be a stupid mistake), and probably as edible Agaricus as well. Memorize this mushroom so you can avoid what ShroomDoom says will happen - shitting and puking like there's no tomorrow. Probably won't kill you, but you'll wish it had!
Great first post - welcome to the shroomery.

Try hunting with someone more experienced, at very least for the purposes of learning.

As a fellow Brazos Valleyer, I can tell you that unless you are looking directly in cow poo then you are wasting your time. Your after Psilocybe Cubensis, and the more elusive (unless you are around the Austin area) but more potent Copelandia Cyanescens.
There is plenty of info here on them so start readin. But I'll give you a tip. If the flesh of the stem (NOT THE GILLS) turns blue/green, and it came out of cow poo, then you have a winner.
