bulk spore solution idea?

Ok I'll admit I have no grow experience but, I had an idea for a bulk spore solution container but I can't confirm it will work. My idea was to make large quantities of spore solution using an Erlenmeyer flask and a rubber stopper in place as an injection port. I bought several sizes (all the way up to 1000mL.
What size would work the best? Is this possible to keep this much spore solution and expect it to stay sterile?
I was thinking of boiling the water, placing it in the flask, then sterilize, and finally put the rubber stopper on it.
After it is transferred to a glove box and cools, is there any rough formula to how many spore prints are needed per 100mL of sterile water? And as stated before can i expect this to stay sterile if kept refrigerated?
Please let me know your thoughts or improvements because I want to have a large quantity of spore solution readily available without having to do spore prints after every crop.

I am very new to growing too. I would 1st recommend looking at the grow FAQ as well as all the info under Mushroom Info. I read for a few months(no word of lie) and still didn't learn everything. Why dont you do an LC? It sounds just right for you. Why go crazy with spores when you can get a bigger quanity simplier. You put minimal amount of spores in, a few cc, and the mycelium grows in a nutritious solution (karo, honey, or malt and dextrose) and you can inoculate many, many jars from not even a full syringe. Like I said I would READ UP and look into LC SEARCH the fourms and then come back with any questions, thats what i did. Good Luck.

well generally you would get a sterile print and that print could make dozen or so syringes. I would guess at least 10 prints, that's about 10 syringes per print. the more prints the better. if prints are not a problem to obtain then use more. But i don't know if too many spores it bad.?

How about useing a foam stopper ?
#7 FOAM STOPPER Description Versatile stopper that fits our Y70 Yeast Starter Bottle and anything else that uses a #7 stopper. Use as an airlock for yeast culturing, and even more useful as a sterile shield when preparing media. The proprietary foam is heat-resistant, and will withstand autoclaving or pressure cooking, making it an ideal flask plug when preparing sterile wort and agar. The honeycomb structure of the foam lets the plugged flask breathe, yet bacteria and wild yeast are filtered out and cannot reach the media. This means you can put your media in an Erlenmeyer flask, plug with a Foam Stopper, and pressure cook to sterilize, fully confident that bacteria and wild yeast will not enter the flask, even during the cooling and later storage period outside the pressure cooker
