One bong rip of extract with a bic lighter or not, is enough to send me FAR beyond what I would like to achieve. Salvia's effects are rather frightening to me now, and I would not take it again personally. I've felt the most alienated/confused/out of control on salvia out of any psychedelics.

I must agree that music freaked me out a bit. I thought because it was rather loud or something... this time i'll try without music.

I have smoked 20x standardized Salvia with a pipe, a gas mask, and a bubbler using a butane torch and haven't had anything from it. I have gotten a little bit of a high feeling but no visuals eyes open or closed. Salvia may just not be for me.

When I do salvia, the world splits into hundreds of realities, were I am living a different life in each. The world splits from my vision. It splits horizontaly like so..

Once I was living only one other person's life, a man, a little older than me.
The thing is that I can't figure out which life is my real life.. So I dont know who I am, where I am.. really anything.
Sometimes people talk to me.
And if I get a piece of paper out when I am about to trip, and attempt to write down what is happening, I start writing in other languages. It uses english letters, but I say launguages, because when I am writing it, I can read exactly what it says. I still have all the papers that I wrote stuff on when I was tripping.
Also, when I did my first realy trip on salvia, I heard someone say, why did you do something like this to yourself.
It took a while to figure out what was happening during my trips, I figured a very little of it out so far.
Also I remember really nothing about my trips.

i experience the exact same thing, only difference is im not a person in the other universe im some sort of other being in a cartoon type universe. They are very different there. I think ill try writing next time

To break through, you need a blue-flame lighter, and the right knowledge of smoking it. First off, leave the ash in the bowl. It helps to evenly distribute the heat when you smoke it. Next, use the tallest bong you can find (that you can kill with exactly one lungful). 3, and most impotantly, inhale EVERYTHING. Hit the shit slowly, and when the smoke in the bong raches your lips, exhale every bit of air in yours lungs, and breathe in as much salvia as you can before you die. Hold it in until your vision starts to fade out (count to 30 or 40), then breathe air again. If that method doesn't make you break through, I don't know what will. Some people have a natural tolorance to salvia. Unelss you're smoking at least a FAT (FATFATFAT) bowl of 10X, this method will bring you to the brink of breaking through. You'll know when you break theough becuase you'll experience complate dissociation with reality, and for a minute or two, you'll br schizo. It's amazing, but scary.

In case you can't tell, salvia isn't really my thing..... Though it's an interesting substance that helps to understand the GABA receptor, it isn't as "enlightneing" as real psychedelics.

a torch lighter isn't needed
I have made many a people breakthrough with my method with a regular lighter
also I prefer a short bong because the smoke wont be stale and harsh by the time it hits your throat. when smoke mixes with air it becomes stale and by using a tall bong there is a lot of air in it for the smoke to mix with.
other than that you are correct
I did find however instead of packing a fat bowl to just use 1 hitters at a time for best effect. with the same stuff I would normally breakthrough on by doing one hitters I barely get anything if I pack a full bowl and keep hitting it. I have no idea why either

salvia is not comparable , yet she is just as wonderful , beautiful, and wise as any other.Definitely just as ENLIGHTENING !
what do you mean "Real psychedelic"?? Can only think of one other that is more intense (nn-DMT). or do you simply mean it is not a Tryptamine,or Phenethylamine , in that case you are correct.
Either way, maybe she is not for you at all, but that does not make the plant less than any other. more real then real for those who learn/earn her wisdom.
Anyways,she saved my life so i guess one took it personally,be good be happy, respect

what other phychedelic does that beside DMT???
