Hello, i have been lurking around this site for years but never decided to join until now.Well to start off I am very experienced with psychs. Mainly RC's & LSD/MUSH, dxm, whatever you name it ive done it.
Well after a couple years of a powerful heroin addiction I have decided to get back into psychedelics. I have been clean from heroin for 1 week and havent tripped in over a year, i greatly need to get my head together. Research Chems are fun but not very enlightening/spiritual for me also while i was away it seams RC have pretty much been closed down in the U.S. all the suppliers i used to go to are no longer here !! lol that pisses me off.
Anyway I am tired of PEA's and want to get back into tryptamines, namely mushrooms. I have always been interested in growing my own mush, recently i have decided to actually try. I am a begginer with cultivation and want to start out simple 1st. I have found a myco grow bag that contains grain. I still dont know how to pick a spore, there are so many. Any one have any ideas of a spore that will grow succesfully on grain, that is potent lol ? Also i am buying a grow bag and a spore like i said, is there anything else i REALY need ? like i know with big set ups you need humifyers and pressure cookers, i just want a simple grow, is this all i need if i follow directions ?

Um I am far from a big setup but I have a PC and a humidifier. I would say a PC(pressure cooker) is mandatory. You will need some kind of FC(fruiting chamber) too so you may as well get the humidifier

If you're talking about the self-contained mycobags, I'm pretty sure they can be fruited invitro.
That means you don't need a PC or a humidifier, just inocculate it and forget about it, basically.
As for strain, maybe try B+ or Ecuador I think does all right in those bags.

alright well first of all, your going to need more than one spore. thousands if not millions of spores are needed to colonize stuff effectively.
secondly, psilocybe cubensis is the easiest to grow, and can be EXTREMELY potent if done right and with the right amount of luck. you need to read up on this more though. im just going to throw crap that ive read on the site back at you so do some more research on it. just browse the sight for a few minutes and most of those questions will be anwsered.
you said you've been browsing the sight for years? but you dont know the anwser to these questions?

Thanks fellas. Yes its sterilzed substrate so no need for a PC, i own a humidafier so that part is cool. Really i just wanted to make sure i wasnt missing anything major, u know.
Yes i am 21 i have been browsing this site, bluelight, and erowid since i was 15 or 16. In the erowid 2c-t-2 section, difficult exp., i have my a submitted report called 2c-t-2 heaven/hell by koolkid, i suggest everyone read it. I have never attempted to grow though.
My main use for these sites were RC's and opiates. As of now i am on Methadone Maitinance 20mg a day ( i kno it isnt shit lol) i have been uding since monday, and next monday i want to be tapered dowm 5mg a day till i reach 0mg.
Drewwyan lol i figured someone would say UTFSE lol. I use the search engine its just after reading a few techs it starts to get confusing, u know. Anyway i am ordering the grown bag and spore syringe tomarow and i will keep everyone updated. So i want to grow mushies and want to purchase 2c-e 2c-i and maybe a Dxx chem i may try. maybe some tryptamines, i dunno. I am trying to get established again on these baords so i can gain enough trust to get some RC links again. so you all will def. hear from me more often. In 03 and 04 i was very much into the RC scence. Jan 26 05 i got a possesion of heroin charge, i was busted by the task force lol. I did 3 months in rehab, 8 months in a halfway house, then i relapsed on heroin again and ended up screwing up my felony probation and did 6 months in the County Jail, all for 7/10's of one tenth,( a little over half a tenth) got me 9 months incarcerated.When i got out in of the slam in sept '06 i visisted two sites that i used to purchase my RC from and they are all closed, one was from Las Vgas and the other is based out of New Jersey. My old s/n on this site is EllisD, bluelight s/n is koolkid and stickgreen513 and hip forumns is crackforkids. Thanks again guys !
