When I go look at a thread it seems like a lot of the posts are missing from the end of it.
check this thread, for instance:
http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/6770574/an/0/page/0/gonew/1#UNREAD
On the main MAL page, it says the last post was by mr_sunshine at 1117AM. When I click on the thread, the last post that shows up is OMR's yesterday at 540PM.
This has been happening for a lot of threads this morning.

Also, I cleared my cache, so that's not the problem.

I have the same problem. I can only see about the first 5-6 replies of a thread. Its driving me crazy.
