OK well I'm going to try this"any tips" A) 1 liter water B) 250gr white sugar C) 5ml liquid 575 plant-food(is this any liquid plant-food) D) dried bakers yeast (7gr)
1) place 1 liter of water,250gr white sugar,5ml liquid plant-food into a 2L bottle "or 2 100 ml bottles". 2) stir in dried bakers yeast (7gr) 3) place a cover loosely over the bottle "or you will blow your self out the window" and sit in dark cool place until fermenting has stopped and the yeast has settled to the bottom. 4) pore in the sweet wine not to get any yeast inside in the wok still 5) boil 6) check% and bottle until use 7) flavorer 8) DRINK

Alcohol production has come a long way from distilling in carburetor and brewing beer in a bathtub.
I see your recipe, and I would go ahead and replace the bread yeast with some Distiller's yeast, and replace the plant food with food grade yeast nutrient.

When you boil it, you'll boil off the alcohol and wind up with some scuzzy tasting nonalcoholic water.

to the best of my little knowlege, when you boil it, the alchohol will boil away,.... But if you somehow make a liquid catch on a lid, and boil it.. youlle get a good shot or 2 of some nasty moonshine

Ethanol boils at 173deg F., water at 212deg. So, the alcohol will boil out before the water - you cannot boil this mixture to get alcohol as a residual substance in the pot. The alcohol is what will boil out. You'll need to collect and condense the vapor from the boiling somehow.
If you have access to a pressure cooker, you might try using it as a still by hooking some heat resistant food grade tubing to the steam vent (where the rocker weight goes) and making this tube vent into your collection container.
You'll want to keep the temperature of the pressure cooker as close to 173f as possible to get the most pure distillation. In a bizarre phenomenon an azeotrope of 95% ethanol and 5% water vapor is formed and causes the water to actually boil with the alcohol at a boiling point lower than the two components individually, at about 171.5f. the higher the temperature, the more water will come into the final product.
I would suggest you use distiller's yeast instead of baker's yeast. Distiller's yeast is extremely alcohol tolerant and will quickly ferment the sugar in a solution to about 20-25% alcohol before the alcohol content stunts the yeast. Baker's yeast will probably peter out around 10-15% making more work for you later. A pound of distiller's yeast is about $5 - well worth it imo.
Here is the only pic of a pressure cooker still I could find - it is being used to make methanol fuel, but the idea is the same and it may help.
On a closing note, I think that the recipe you posted is more likely to produce a big mess and disappointment than drinkable ethanol - I think good results will require a better setup for distillation than what is in the pic you posted. I suggest ditching that idea, and finding a different tek like this one.
