None of those options really describes it well. Psychedelics can make one person who was previously a non-beleiver into a believer and vice-versa, so it wouldn't be fair to say that it doesn't affect one's beliefs one way or the other. A fair assessment would be that they can influence one's beliefs in a number of different ways, and it will be different for each individual.
