A sadistic angel descends from the heavens, who forces you to make the following choice:
Either you get in a bad accident where you suffer great pain and lose one of your arms (you can choose which), or Iran will launch a nuclear attack against the city of Tel Aviv, resulting in 100.000 dead and 250.000 severely injured, homeless and radioactively contaminated.
There is no catch of Hell awaiting if you choose either of the two, nor would anyone know of your involvement. In return - no being smart on your side too, its either A or B with no mitigating circumstances.
But you have to choose - either a week of anguish and losing one of your arms, or death and destruction for countless people whom you do not know in some faraway land.
