Mushroom CO2 generation

Does anyone know the approximate CO2 output 12 PF Cakes would generate in a typical day once fruiting began? I realize this is probably highly variable, but any rough idea would help. I'm interested in seeing whether an underwater plant (like elodea) could serve as an adequate CO2 sink, making for a much more self-sufficient fruiting chamber.

There is some research that a P. ostreatus convers 50% of the substrate mass to CO2 during its lifetime.
Hard to convert this to daily output though-----
