Casing won't pin! (pics)

Alright well I bought a casing from a very reliable friend about a week ago. When I recieved it, it was quite cold (I was assuming from a cold shock in the refrideragor) so I put it into my terrarium. In the terrarium I have perlite at the bottom. At first I had a heater on to make it more humid, but then I read that heaters were not a good idea, so I shut it off. I have it under 6-10 hours of light a day (sometimes more) and I fan it 2-4 times a day. I also occasionally mist the terrarium with a water/peroxide mist. (Maybe once a day, because of the perlite.. I only mist for the use of the peroxide)
So i've had it for a week now and I've seen the mycelium grow quite a bit, but I see overlay. I thought that it shouldn't grow more mycelium, just start pinning.. or am I wrong?
Anyway, the casing was made up of 2 brown rice flour and water jars. They were P. Cubensis, and fully colonized. He then placed a small layer of vermiculite over the mycelium/casing mix.
The mycelium hasn't grown any more in about 2 days.
Basically, my main question is When are these going to pin?
Here's pictures of what I've got(sorry all I have is a camera phone):

Its normal for mycelium growth to keep happening once in fruiting, it happens the first couple days. Then it stops, and shifts gears into fruiting mode. You said it hasn't grown in 2 days - that's good news, they're getting ready to fruit!
Those aren't quite overlaid, you'll get fruits if you keep up your parameters.
The rest is a waiting game, as to exactly when they will pin, is a guessing game. I've seen pins come in as little as 4 days into fruiting, as long as 2.5 weeks. You're not in any shape to be worried just yet, I'll bet you see some action within the next few days.
