Touch: I haven't discovered anything for touch that really stands out. Feeling my face or the bones in my hand is cool.
If you are in nature, the possibilities of touch are infinite, experiment with moss, plants, bark, soil you name it.
When I am in an altered state, I get a grate satisfaction through the tactile sense, I start caressing plants and I feel in those moment a tremendous bio feed back, you can called love, were I am no longer a disconnected entity but one with everything.
