 Leary Nachos

Well I decided to try out my own(AFAIK) variation of a leary biscuit.
Ingredients:
2 Table Spoons of Frito Lay Mild Cheddar Nacho Dip
1 Table Spoon of Provolone/Mozzarella Cheese(shredded....i used Sargentos)
3 nice size chunks of Sharp Cheddar (I used Helluvagood)
A couple grams of herb (i only have mid-grade commercial to use)
Combine Cheeses in little bowl.
Microwave on high power for 1 minute.
Stir cheese.
Stir in a couple grams of herb
Microwave 15 seconds on high
Stir
Microwave 15 more seconds.
Stir....
Dip and Scoop with nachos!
Multi-grain Tostitos are good 
......
I just now finished my little bowl of cheesy goodness off.... so lets see how it goes

I've heard the microwave can kill the thc.

I've never tried the microwave because of that...but the oven is great

Well, i just may have to make some more then....only with the oven this time.
What do I have to lose? hehe if they both work, I'll just be incredibly baked.......if only the oven one worked, well i still get baked

is there a guideline for the amount of time i bake at? also temp?

It varies...some people say lower temps like 250 for a longer time and some say around 300 for shorter time. I've made firecrackers at 300 for about 30 minutes and they worked. Try google.
I'd say as long as the nachos don't get burnt you should be ok after 30-40 min??
dont qoute me though, never tried nachos

Alright. I'll experiment with lower temps for longer.
Think im going to wait and see if the microwave was a waste or not, as im starting to feel a bit of a buzz......
Thinking about it, i heated the cheese quite well with the first initial microwave minute. Then added the pot.
Maybe the later 30 seconds with the pot in the mix didnt damage the THC that much?
Im going to go poke around and see I can find evidence that microwaving will even adversely effect the actives.........

I don;t know much about cookin herb.
Theres gotta be some experts here though.

heating it for 20-30 seconds at a time wont cause any harm, heat 30 seconds, wait 15, heat 30 secontds, wait 15 and so on...
I personaly cant stand microwaves but I can use them quite well

Well it would appear this method of mine does not work all that well 
Maybe the pot wasnt cooked in enough?
Maybe the microwave really isnt the best way to cook your herb with?
Ill try this with an oven next time
