anyone have any experiance with HBW seeds i just got some in the mail from iamshaman.com and i chomped 12 of em is that enough

There is a HIGH chance you will get nausea. Try and 'hold it in' for the first hour or two until things have fully kicked in. But after a few hours - don't be afraid to give into the porcelain gods and do some praying at the alter :P
For me, my trip was
- within the first few mins, starting to feel something
- the next about, 2 hours = laying on my couch feeling terrible
- for the next hour after that, spent hunched over the toilet vomiting my guts out
Then, got launched into a rather fantastic, but strange trip. Weed can help with the nausea, but in the end, its still best if you just go and vomit after awhile IMO. Its better to spend some time vomiting and 'getting it over with', than holding onto the naeusea and feeling sick the entire time.

yeah 12 is prolly a bit much for a first trip. don't expect many visuals, just a kinda unique change in perception. I got some good CEV's goin, and in low light some crazy stuff goes on.

I don't know if you've been to Erowid.org yet, but they are pretty much the best source for information on any pyschoactive substance.

I don't know about HBW, but my experience with Morning Glories is that it works fine to puke within 45min-1hour. I decided I had enough and puked after 45min, and I had a real good solid trip after that. It was with only 190 Morning Glory seeds, minus the loss durring water extraction. I don't see a need to hold it in up to 2 hours, but everybody is different, and that was with morning glories.
The only experiment with HBW I had was a couple nights ago in which I attempted a sublingual administration for 30 minutes. It was pretty weak, even with 7 seeds.
My advice, do a cold water extraction for 24 hours, filter out the seed matter from the water, then consume. Puke after about 45min-1hour, then take some Maalox. DON'T FORGET TO SCRAPE THE FUZZY COATING OFF THE SEEDS BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING!!!! And don't let the puking ruin things for you, just accept it as an initiation into the trip, keep your spirits high.

well i dont know what the deal is i was starting to feel something at first but then it kinda went away its been like 2 hours and nothing reallyu has changed so i poped 10 more

That is extremely unwise.
Redosing is almost never a good idea, especially when you don't have any experience with a substance or know much about its potency. I haven't heard great things about iamshamans seeds, to be honest.
Hopefully you will be able to have a decent trip with few or no negative effects.

yeah i just ordered their hawaiian strain seeds myself. also got some salvia 10x and some of those legal buds just for the hell of it to get a free gift.(always wanted to try the legal buds anyway, only 20 bucks)
