Incubator Smell

Ok everything in my uincubator is doing fine, I have not or have never seen any contamination, I spray everything down with lysol and the smell has existed for about 3 weeks with no signs of contams on new and pre existing jars.
basically I can compare the smell to an earthy almost fiberous or wet wood smell. It isnt fruity but more fleshy kinda like mildly smelly feet.
It dosent smell bad, yet at first was deffinietly a confronting smell, now that I am used to sniffing it when checking on jars I realize the smell is more the smell of possibly mushroom/ mycelium.....
Can anyone tell me if mycelial growth emits a odor? I have 30 jars in a 50 gallon container, the lid seals tight, I only smell the smell when i open lid
Now that I think about it, and took a whiff it kinda smells like cake mix or something very appealing smell, very much like wet flour and water.
anyone know anything about this??
thanks indicaz

I had a similar smell in mine the other day. I found a bad rye jar in there, and tossed it. I could smell it from the seal, and inside the berries looked milky. I opened the jar well outside of my study area and fanned the jar to smell, man it was nasty. I am glad I did not stick my nose in there. The next day I found green in my perilite dish, though it is 50/50 H2O/H2O2 which I use to supply humidity only. I fumigated the chamber and rechecked the rest of the jars. So far everything seems good.

it sounds like we have the same setup. It sounds like you have the same smell in your setup that I do. It is definitely a good smell! Do not worry, you would definitely be able to tell the difference between a good smell and a bad smell. We're probably smelling the vermiculite warming up.
