 Psilocin/Psilocybin extraction from liquid mycelial cultures

Has any one here ever tried Psilocin/Psilocybin extraction from liquid mycelial cultures as opposed to extraction from dried cakes? How far can you let the culture grow in a jar before you strain it out? How would you then best dry the culture? Oven? Dehydrator? Air? Then you could proceed with extraction, yes?
Also, is there a way that one could increase tryptamine content of the liquid brew that would enhance the content of psilocin/psilocybin in the mycelium? If it supposedly works to add dmt-ish crystals to your grow medium, in theory they could enhance liquid colonies as well.

i don't really know why you would have to dry it out....it would just give the psilocybin/psilocin in the mycellium the chance to oxidize. I'm pretty sure the mycellium contains more active chemicals after it has made fruits...so the only way to feasibly do this is to make liquid cultures in say....multiple gallons of distilled water. chuck a couple sitr rods or maybe six or seven 1/4" wire snips in there and grow like..ten gallons of mycelium. you could prolly reuse the alcohol you used to extract the psilocybin/psilocin with all of the containers. i'm interested to see if this would work.
i wonder if there's a paper out there somewhere with the percentage of psilocin and psilocybin contained in mycelium by weight somewhere... the materials and supplies needed to do this procedure might be counter-productive. with the ability to grow a LOT of mycelium, it may or may not be as effective as fruiting. i'm interested to see if someone can use this procedure and compare the results to fruiting.

There are plenty of papers on psilocybin/psilocin content of liquid cultures. Some report no content until the hyphal knot stage. Others report varying concentrations.
Read up on the papers, there is plenty of information on methods, etc.. I don't think it's worth it. There just isn't enough actives present to make it worthwhile.

Even if you could get some magic out of liquid itd hardly be worth it, even compared to 1 mature mushroom.

There is a book called psilocybin by Paul Sttatmen. I think thats how you spell his name. Well any ways i own it but currently cant find it and it tells you every thing you need to know about extractions with mycelium and LC. Its a good read, i really recommend it if your interested in this type of stuff. As far as drying the book tells you to dry it at a low temp in the oven. I hope i was some help for you.
