i was wondering if one could make an antibiotic spore syringe with gentamicine and if so, how much gentamicine mg's per cubic centimeter of water?

The gentamycin sulfate dosage for agar is around 100mg/liter so 100mg per 1000 milliliters=cubic centimeters. So 1mg per 10 cc syringe. I hope you have a good scale.
Since you are injecting this into a larger substrate you can probably put more into the syringe that the dosage typical for agar work. Antibiotics have no effect on molds or yeast and some bacteria are naturally resistant to gentamycin. Good luck!

you can get gentamicine in any drug store...
