Antioxidants and THC

Hey guys, before i post my question, this isnt for a drug test, just personal interest.

Do antioxidants (selenium, Vit E) play an effective roll in removing thc from a person blood stream?

I don't have any docs on this, atm... but back in the day before I knew much, I heard about lecithin and everyone was really stoked on it. It's a great choline source nevertheless, and it's cheap as hell. Something to look into... and when and if I find any useful articles, I'll post there here for you, man.

Right now I'm taking n-acetyl-cysteine for anti oxidants right now. I get my fishoils and whatnot, and they're loaded with ALA. I'm also getting K-R-ALA from another supplement. I think anti oxidants are important.

Running and just being in generally good health is always great too. I practice abstinence and smoke very moderately now to enjoy it the most. I take a couple puffs of my awesome grass and get sent into space. Sometimes smoking too much isn't as good as smoking a VERY small amount, believe it or not. I get bakkkked out of my tree. :smile:
