This is my car.
I was at a light today and ended up racing a new v8 jeep. It won, wtf? So I pull into my garage and test the revs, 1000,2000,3000,ect. I notice a vibration! :x So I go to AutoZone and tell the guy. He tells me it's prob plugs and wires. So $60 later and a little work, cleaned my air filter too, the vibration was gone and the performance came back, I guess I just gradually got use to it  and didn't notice it. Hell it couldn't been like this since after we moved, since I drove a moving truck for 7 or 8 days... 
Anyway, I go back out. Zooming about on a nice Sunday having a grand time. I end up racing a Mitsubishi spyder, we were dead even till 80, either his car wussed out or he did, because I zoomed ahead of him up to 120. We had plenty of empty straight road as it was a back roads highway of sorts.
I then go back home and chill out for a while and then go back out at night. I meet up with some sort of 4 door family car, so new that it didn't even have sticker plates just the sticker on the side window that the dealer ship put on. It was obviuosly a manual since each time he shifted I could see the car jerk. I'm not sure what the hell it was but it sure as hell surprised me as it beat me up to 65 or so WITH 2 passengers. Wow, what the well was in that thing? Well we slowed down and I tooted my horn in a frienly way, it's kinda like, "good show/good work/nice car/whatever".
I then go about my drive and I figure, shit there are other people out with cars maybe they want to race too. I usualy don't go out to purposely race people, just to drive around and relax. It's a soothing rush for me to blast music and zoom about.
I found a new Porsche Cayman S to race. I lost, flat out. Rock on Porsche, $65,000 car beat my $14500 one. Hehe.
I then found some whacked out tuner car w/ ground effects, everything, it had the works, while driving through the ghetto. I put on biggie w/ bone thugs "let's ride" or whatever it's called and bump that. Best to play good rap music while going through this ghetto, it's a baaaad ghetto.
Anywho, I pull up to a light and that car pulls next to me totally tricked out. I rev to 3000 and keep it there, he knows what's up, the people on the sidewalks (there are people walking and gang members in their gang goups), looking. It turns green and we both burn out blue smoke flying out loud ass schreeching, I owned him in every gear. Bam, we hit another light! Same thing happens, I pre-rev turn up my system he pre-revs, the gangsters are all like "Woooooooo! Yeah!" and shit. The light turns green. SCREEEEEEEECH smoke, mmm that smell of me buying new tires sooner.. . The rush of hearing both of our tires screaming and both of our engines reving is a fucking amazing rush. I beat him in every gear, again. Bam we hit ANOTHER red light, haha. We do the same thing blah blah, I beat him in each gear, again, even on a bad shift on 3rd :x except this time I oopsed.
Let me explain, this area was a bit hilly, and the city designers are fuckin shitty. There was a street sign that covered my view of an upcoming light, I didn't even know it was there. and it was red. Here I am going flat out, and I see a truck pass through the intersecting street. "Fuck." I think, with a smile. and I blew through it. I mean shit, there was NO way I could have stopped.
This was the second red light I've gone through in my life. Well luckly I didn't hit any fucking cars but boy did I feel fucking stupid, here I am, 25, being a dumb shit racing through the ghetto and I blew a red light. 
At the next light the car I was racing pulls up and I shrug at him and laugh and he shrugs and laughs too
The whole racing around thing isn't about like anger it's just.,.. we are just having fun with our cars and shit if we lost at least we tried and got that fun rush doing it. 
Anyway I feel pretty stupid for going through the light and humbled. If there was a car there I woulda died and prob the other people, gah, I'll prob not race cars for a long time. Like I said I never do street racing, sometimes at a stop light but that's it.
I know that the light is there now!

Sounds like you had a good time bro!  I love the rush high speeds provide.  Glad to hear you didn't fuck your car or yourself up running that light.

I don't know, I was just misfiring is all. I just wonder what the hell that car was. Wow.
As for zooming about, I do that in and out of the city but only when no traffic is around. I'm not that asshole zips in and out of traffic, fuck them.

Don't rolly eye me.
Why the fuck would I lie to a buncha people, most of who are prob tripping balls. I don't need an epeen or whatever. In fact I hardly ever post on this forum anymore. The powerworks guy says 12psi, there is a zx3 out there with a 17psi on it... or so he claims?
I was misfiring, that has been fixed.

Yes, those fast and whatever movie, well I just saw the 1st one, were pretty stupid.
Like I said I don't do it ever, this was one of the few times I have. I oopsed but I told that I did for humility and maybe a warning. :x

I remember when I friend of mine was driving stupid, we spun around a corner in his mom's little peice of shit car, and almost slamed the side of the car into a pole. The side the ladies were sitting on. Ya, what a cool guy they thought he was, dork.
Look I wasent flaming, I'm 25 too, my bday was august 25th, and no offence, but thats how stupid kids drive, and thats how they end up killing innocent people because they were too stupid to realize what owning a car entails.
I'm glad you didnt die, but I am not going to be retarded and say, wow cool. Infact I find it very lame, that a 25 year old has to make excuses for why he drives like he is 16.

The guy at autozone ownes some crazy ass camero that I'm not even sure is street legal. I'll trust his advice, it's sunday, the fix it shops aren't open.
Bleh, I'm not going to bother with this.
The rest of you have fun and rock on in life, this stupid, immature 25yr who doesn't know anything about cars and is dragging others down is going elsewhere.

Street racing is cool....just NOT in mild/heavy populated car areas.Go to abondoned areas with some car buds or something.I'm not big on fords...Nissan is my shit though  now this is a REAL CAR that I owned before my current 240sx..
can you believe this car came out back in late 89? even though this is a 1990...it still looks like it came out just last year! This is my car now though...
These 2 cars handling are just...AMAZING,i cannot emphasize that enough.Japanese cars just OWN in suspension.

its a good thing we have mushrooms to help clean up all the pollution produced by combustion engines, although my impression is that combustion will eventually win the battle.
